LWC is a new programming model to develop Salesforce lightning components. It's a UI framework that is built using native HTML and modern JavaScript.
You will learn the basics of LWC including Lightning App builder, Basic Lightning setup, Lightning pages, CSS basics, Static Resources, etc. In addition, you will also learn the advanced concepts of Aura framework, Component bundle, Custom Labels, Events, Debugging etc. You need to have at least 6 months of experience in the Salesforce platform along with Apex coding skills before learning LWC.

Lightning Web Components takes Salesforce lightning platform one step closer to using web standards for UI development. LWC uses modern Java Script Frameworks – this means any non-salesforce developer who is familiar with Node.JS or React can easily be able to code in LWC.
